Job Description
Weare seeking a strong technical consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud & EBS implementation projects with proven experience in designing solutions.
Required Skills:
1. Must have extensive experience in creating Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Reports and Custom Roles.
2. Should have experience in at least 2 cloud implementation projects.
3. Must have strong hands-on experience in configuring HCM Approvals and custom roles
4. Should have strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation), BIP Reports,
SQL and PLSQL.
5. Fair exposure to Personalizations, web Services, & Security.
6. Should have descent functional understanding on Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Absence, OLM,
Compensation etc.,
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with clients and functional teams.
8. Excellent verbal and written skills.
