Job Description: Oracle HCM Business Analyst

Location: Remote (US)

Job Summary:

Jade Global is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and be proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of Oracle HCM solutions at Uber, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Requirements Gathering:

o   Work closely with stakeholders to gather, build, and document detailed business process requirements for various Oracle HCM modules, including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard.

o   Capture both global and regional requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

·       Design Workshops:

o   Prepare design workshops by gathering necessary documentation, data, and scheduling meetings with key stakeholders.

o   Take comprehensive notes and provide detailed documentation during workshops to ensure clarity and alignment.

·       Testing & Launch Readiness:

o   Support user and agent testing, ensuring that the Oracle HCM system aligns with business requirements and is ready for launch.

o   Assist in the development of cutover plans and ensure smooth transition during system go-live.

·       Reporting & Analytics:

o   Define reporting and analytics requirements for Oracle HCM processes.

o   Collaborate with teams to ensure the necessary data is captured and reporting frameworks are established.

·       Communication & Enablement:

o   Create and manage communications, training materials, knowledge bases, and other enablement resources for delivery teams.

o   Develop employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, and other communication materials to ensure user adoption and understanding of Oracle HCM processes.

·       Content Creation:

o   Design and update user-friendly content and documentation to support training and system usage.

o   Ensure content is clear, concise, and effectively communicates key business processes and system changes.

Qualifications:

·       Required:

o   Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle HCM modules.

o   In-depth knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules, including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard.

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical teams, and leadership.

o   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

o   Experience in process mapping and documentation.

o   Familiarity with project management methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

·       Preferred:

o   Certification in Oracle HCM modules.

o   Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

o   Background in consulting or implementation environments, especially with global organizations.

o   Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
