Job Title: Oracle HCM Business Analyst
Experience: 10 years or above
Location: Remote – US
Client: Jade Global

Job Summary:
Jade Global is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and demonstrate the ability to effectively gather, analyze, and document business requirements. This role is essential for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Requirements Gathering:

o   Collect, build, and document detailed process requirements (global and regional) for various Oracle HCM modules, including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard.

·       Design Workshops:

o   Prepare for design workshops by gathering necessary documentation and data, scheduling meetings, and taking detailed notes during sessions.

·       Testing and Launch Readiness:

o   Support user and agent testing, ensuring the system meets business requirements and is ready for launch. Assist in developing cutover plans.

·       Reporting and Analytics:

o   Define reporting and analytics requirements for processes within Oracle HCM.

·       Communication and Enablement:

o   Create communication materials, training resources, knowledge bases, and enablement tools for delivery teams.

·       Content Creation:

o   Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, and other communication materials.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst.

·       Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·       Experience with process mapping and documentation.

·       Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Certification in Oracle HCM modules.

·       Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

·       Background in a consulting or implementation environment.
