Position: Oracle GPP Fusion Implementation Engineer
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract

Responsibilities:
GPP :: Fusion Global PAYplus allows financial institutions to consolidate legacy systems into a single, highly configurable payment hub that can be deployed globally, yet controlled locally.
• Installation and Configuration of Oracle GPP:
Setting up Oracle GPP modules as part of the Fusion Cloud, configuring payroll processes, and integrating with the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• CI/CD Pipeline Setup:
- Automating the deployment of configurations, payroll patches, and updates using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Implementing version control using Git and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Environment Management:
- Managing different environments (development, testing, production) for GPP Fusion installations.
- Automation of environment provisioning using cloud-based infrastructure and tools such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS.
• Monitoring and Logging:
- Setting up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure smooth operation of payroll processing using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Implementing centralized logging for debugging payroll issues using tools like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Testing Automation:
- Automating payroll testing using frameworks that support Oracle applications.
- Ensuring thorough integration testing of payroll and HCM functionalities.
• Performance Tuning:
- Optimization of Oracle GPP to handle high payroll processing loads.
- Regular tuning of databases and payroll processes for better performance.
• Security and Compliance:
- Managing security roles and permissions for DevOps and payroll operations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, local payroll laws).
Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
