Role Description:
Provides technical assistance to clients using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, troubleshooting issues related to module for financials resolving problems through analysis of system logs, configuration checks, and coordination with other support teams to ensure optimal system functionality and customer satisfaction.
This resource would not only provide functional support of the platform but also have the expertise to configure, develop, and implement integrations in the platform.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues.
• Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
• Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements.
• Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
• Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
• Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.
