Job Description:
· Provide Oracle EPM Planning Cloud techno-functional consulting services related to Planning form development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting, and security.
· Coordinate with onshore resources to:
· Understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives.
· Delegate tasks to the offshore development team.
· Define testing approach and acceptance criteria
· Contribute to development activities (“hands on the keyboard”).
· Manage Oracle EPM Planning Cloud offshore team members in consulting services and career development.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.
· Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders.
· Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities.
· Mentor offshore developers through training, development, and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements.
· Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget.
