Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
· Provide expert consulting services related to Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, focusing on both technical and functional aspects.
· Collaborate with onshore resources to understand business requirements and design solutions.
· Delegate tasks to the offshore development team.
· Define testing approaches and acceptance criteria.
· Actively participate in development activities (“hands on the keyboard”).
· Manage offshore team members, supporting their career development.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
· Proactively communicate delivery updates to project stakeholders.
· Exhibit strong prioritization, ownership, and focus while managing competing priorities.
· Mentor offshore developers through training, development, and quality control for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements.
· Perform light project management, ensuring tasks are completed within the established budget and schedule.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· Proven experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, including form development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting, and security.
· Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle EPM.
· Project management experience is a must.
