Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Subscription Management & Revenue Management Cloud Services Consultant to support and optimize our Order-to-Revenue (O2R) processes. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC) and Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), while ensuring compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC) and Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS).
• Strong expertise in subscription lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 standards.
• Hands-on experience configuring RMCS, revenue policies, and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance, AR, Billing, and Order Management) with a deep understanding of integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party applications (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.) with Oracle Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Subscription Management & Revenue Management Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Design and configure subscription lifecycle workflows, including pricing, billing, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Subscription Management, RMCS, Oracle Cloud ERP (AR, Billing, GL), and third-party applications.
• Ensure proper integration of subscription contracts with revenue management and billing processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and billing cycles.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Revenue Management Cloud solutions.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP Cloud, especially in AR, Billing, and Order Management.
• Strong integration experience with third-party systems (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing and leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly for Subscription and Revenue Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
