Title: Oracle Cloud Senior Order Management Consultant
Client: Infosys
Location: Remote with occasional travel based on project milestones
Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years of Information Technology experience
Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Support:
   • Lead and manage the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.
   • Ensure the effective configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Order Management solutions.
2. Business Process Analysis:
   • Analyze client business processes and requirements related to Order Management.
   • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance and optimize Order Management processes using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
3. System Integration and Data Migration:
   • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration, data migration, and customizations.
   • Utilize technical tools and methodologies for effective data handling and system integration.
4. User Training and Documentation:
   • Conduct end-user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for Order Management processes and system functionalities.
5. Agile Development:
   • Adhere to Agile development methodologies throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
   • Implement and manage projects using Agile practices to ensure timely delivery.
6. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
   • Effectively communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with Oracle Cloud Order Management.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Order Management modules and configurations.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode.
  • Experience in a global delivery environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of experience with the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.
  • Expertise in Order Management processes, including order capture, order fulfillment, and order processing.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of technical tools and methodologies for effective Order Management solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ members.
