Job Title: Oracle Cloud Order Management Lead
Location: Remote – US

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management Lead to join our team at Jade Global. As the ideal candidate, you will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with clients to deliver best-in-class Oracle Cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management applications, ensuring that business requirements are met with high-quality solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and guide clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Order Management application implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, go-live preparation, and post-production support.
· Conduct business process workshops to gather and analyze client requirements for Oracle Cloud Order Management applications.
· Design and configure Oracle Cloud Order Management solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client business needs.
· Collaborate with the project team and client stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver system solutions.
· Define client business requirements and write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications, and reports.
· Oversee data conversions using the FBDI (File-Based Data Import) process.
· Develop unit test scripts and support the client in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and custom solutions.
· Resolve service requests and engage with Oracle support teams when necessary.
· Lead and manage the following phases of the system life cycle:
o Requirements gathering and analysis through business process workshops.
o Design, configuration, and development of Oracle Cloud solutions for Order Management.
o Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
o Go-Live preparation and cut-over support.
o Post-production support and continuous improvement.
· Apply creative and innovative solutions to overcome implementation and integration obstacles.
· Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements based on deep Oracle Cloud expertise.
· Assist with the Distributed Order Orchestration (DOO) implementation.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management, with at least two successful end-to-end implementations.
· Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management modules and related business processes.
· Hands-on experience with FBDI for data conversion and writing specifications for customizations and integrations.
· Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Cloud implementations and providing post-production support.
· In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management, Order to Cash (O2C) processes, and related functionalities.
· Experience with Distributed Order Orchestration (DOO) is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
