Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Consultant (Remote with Milestone Basis Travel)

Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Consultant with a minimum of 12 years of experience to join our team. This remote position involves working closely with our client, Infosys, and requires occasional travel on a milestone basis. As an Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions to meet our client’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality Management.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and other systems.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing applications.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM product updates and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants on project engagements.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, specifically Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successful implementation projects with Infosys or similar consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to travel on a milestone basis as required by project needs.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud certifications) are preferred.
