Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Consultant with a minimum of 12 years of experience to join our team. This remote position involves working closely with our client, Infosys, and requires occasional travel on a milestone basis. As an Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions to meet our client’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality Management.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and other systems.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing applications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM product updates and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants on project engagements.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, specifically Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successful implementation projects with Infosys or similar consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and data migrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to travel on a milestone basis as required by project needs.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud certifications) are preferred.
