Job Description: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead

Position Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead
Client: Infosys/On Semi
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Travel Requirements: 2 weeks of travel per month until February 25, then milestone travel.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead with a strong background in Inventory Management and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least two full implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, focusing on Inventory Management and Order Management modules.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions that align with business goals.

·       Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.

·       Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SCM modules post-implementation.

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and Oracle Cloud SCM features.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, with a focus on Inventory Management and Order Management.

·       At least 2 full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud SCM.

·       Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to travel as required for the role.

Preferred Skills:

·       Oracle Cloud certification in SCM.

·       Experience with change management and user training.
