Job Title: Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect with expertise in the manufacturing sector, preferably within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in integrating large acquisitions into Infosys’s existing systems, addressing unique requirements and customizations across various functional areas such as pricing, warranty, shipping, engineering, and PLM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions tailored to the manufacturing sector.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Develop and execute integration strategies for large acquisitions, ensuring alignment with existing systems and processes.

·       Customize PLM functionalities to address unique needs in pricing, warranty, shipping, and engineering.

·       Oversee technical aspects such as integrations, reporting, data conversions, and overall technical architecture.

·       Ensure adherence to best practices in solution design and implementation, emphasizing scalability and performance.

·       Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on both functional and technical aspects of PLM solutions.

·       Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

·       Engage with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle Cloud PLM, specifically within the manufacturing industry.

·       Strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP integration and manufacturing operations.

·       Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
