  • Founded an in-house training academy at MTN SSH, where he tutored employees on becoming HCM functional consultants; training and practically implementing HCM modules for ten different operating operations of MTN in preparation for the complete roll-out of the business transformation agenda based on (MTN Next!) before the adoption of cloud (MTN Boost).
  • Centralized recruitment activities into a hub that service all the business units and regions of MTN South Africa – (MTN SA Recruitment Hub – Project). He was the subject matter and digital transformation expert to address all technology related changes for HCM. The scope of work included – architecture design, functional configuration, customization, technical development, and training on the recruit to hire components of Oracle HCM.
