Job Title: Oracle Demand and Supply Planning Lead

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Demand and Supply Planning Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud Demand and Supply Planning applications, with an emphasis on Manufacturing, Demand, and Supply Planning. Knowledge of Order Management and Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP) is highly preferred. The candidate will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud applications.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Demand and Supply Planning applications. Guide and assist clients through each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Consulting & Solution Design: Define client business requirements, design solutions, configure Oracle Cloud applications, and ensure system validation, go-live preparation, and ongoing support.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Client Interaction: Refine customer requirements, document and present them to clients for approval. Deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions.
• Data Conversion & Integration: Load data conversions using the FBDI process and write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications, and reports.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply creative solutions to resolve obstacles and problems during product implementation and integration.
• Testing & Validation: Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system enhancements or custom solutions.
• System Optimization: Analyze existing systems and data to identify new requirements and recommend system enhancements or modifications when necessary.
• Oracle Collaboration: Work with Oracle support to resolve service requests and technical issues.
• System Life Cycle Management: Lead and manage all phases of the system life cycle, including business process workshops, analysis, design, development, testing, go-live, and post-production support.

• Business Requirements Gathering
• Solution Analysis, Design, and Configuration for Oracle Cloud Demand and Supply Planning and Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Go-Live preparation and cut-over support
• Post-production support

Required Skills & Experience:

• Two or more end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Demand and Supply Planning applications
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning, and Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Ability to provide expert consulting on business requirements and system design
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and best practices for implementation and configuration
• Knowledge of Distributed Order Orchestration is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams
• Ability to innovate and apply creative approaches to problem-solving and system integration
• Experience in data conversion and integration processes, including FBDI
