Role: Oracle Certified Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Description:

The client is looking for an Oracle Certified Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 8-12 years of experience in Finance, specifically in EPM PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). The ideal candidate should possess:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and articulating client business requirements and identifying process gaps to provide tailored solutions.
• Designing and architecting solutions across multiple systems, including their integration with third-party applications.
• Managing a team, ensuring timely delivery, and effectively communicating between end users and team members.
• Providing subject matter expertise to support business development efforts and resolving complex customer escalations.
• Implementing innovative solutions with a significant impact on industry practices.

Required Expertise:

• Deep functional expertise in Fusion PBCS modules.
• At least one Fusion Cloud implementation experience covering PBCS.
• Proficiency in AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Experience in preparing BR100, MD50, TE020, and other relevant documentation, such as Configuration, To-Be, Functional Design (FD), and Test Scripts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal abilities.
