Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle BRM Lead Developer with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Oracle BRM systems, and should be capable of working in a highly customized and dynamic telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Oracle BRM modules.

Work with core BRM components: BRM, PDC, and Pipeline for configuration and customization.

Customize BRM functionalities using:
-
PCM Opcode (C/C++)
-
PCM Java
-
IScripts and IRules
-
Custom Data Managers (DMs)
-
-
Implement and manage complex pricing schemes including complex and multilevel discounting.
-
Integrate and manage Subscription Management solutions.
-
Understand end-to-end business requirements to deliver effective billing solutions.
-
Perform debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of complex issues in a highly customized environment.

Ensure high-performance tuning and optimization of BRM applications.

Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, shell scripts, and work on Linux-based systems.

Analyze and understand BRM schema and data models.
-
Contribute to the solutioning around Pricing, Rating, Billing, Invoicing, Adjustments, Revenue Recognition, and Taxation.
Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle BRM, PDC, and Pipeline

Proficiency in C/C++, Java, PL/SQL, Linux, and Shell scripting

Deep understanding of BRM database schema and internal workings

Proven experience in customizing opcodes and DMs
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently

Ability to tune BRM performance in large-scale environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Telecom domain

Exposure to Agile development methodologies

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is a plus
