Job Description

Oracle Analytics Reporting and Technical Developer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, reports, and dashboards based on business stakeholder requirements. 

This role requires knowledge to build a data pipeline on OAC using Oracle OTB data replication from Oracle.

Candidates should have experience in ERP and HCM subject areas.

ODI and OIC are a plus.

 

Responsibilities

•          OAC reporting, configuration/OBIA/ADW/DBCS

•          BICC/UCM/Object storage/data replication/packages/interface development

•          Ability to configure and perform data replication inside OAC on DBCS to extract fusion SaaS data.

•          Experience with App Composer GITHub best practices for OAC repositories and reports

•          Ability to schedule reports and smtp distribution/mail server distribution.

•          P6 knowledge, GIS DB knowledge, EPBCS – for source connections and integrations on OAC

•          Propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions for difficult and complex

•          applications independently.

•          Define complex application development administration and programming standards.

•          Oversee the support, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of applications.

•          Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

•          Review the physical design of existing systems for optimizing performance and create/maintain eco-system diagrams.

•          Lead projects, as necessary, for special systems and application development in areas of complex problems.

•          5 or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and OAC

•          Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Modules (AP, GL, FA, CM, Procurement, PPM).

•          Oracle Fusion Cloud applications development experience using web services (SOAP/REST APIs, and PVOs).

•          Expert level experience in writing complex SQL queries, SQL tuning and database concepts.

•          Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and requirements.

•          Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.

•          Develop efficient data pipelines from Oracle Cloud ERP to OAC, leveraging features like FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), using DBCS and with OTBI connection and BICC for data extraction and transformation.

•          Implement at least three end-to-end projects involving OAC, FAW, and BICC. These projects may include migrations and new implementations.

•          Collaborate with business leaders, users, and IT teams to plan, design, develop, test, and implement data models, dashboards, and reports primarily using Oracle Analytics Cloud

•          Leverage ODI for data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and data movement

•          tasks.

•          Experience with Oracle databases and SQL is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

•          At least five years of consulting or professional experience implementing analytics reports and solutions using Oracle technologies.

•          Proficiency in OACS, ODI, and OBIEE repository (RPD) for all layers.

•          Experience building complex reports and dashboards.

•          Bachelor’s Degree – Information technology discipline or computer engineering

•          Oracle certifications are welcomed.
