Job Description
Looking to rebuild and modernize its Chapter 683 Applicant System and related legacy applications. The goal is to replace outdated systems with efficient, scalable solutions that will improve hiring processes, data integration, security, and user experience for all stakeholders.
We seek a vendor to implement Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions for the Chapter 683 Applicant System and related legacy applications.
Project Goals

Responsibilities

Build the new Chapter 683 Applicant System using modern web and database technologies.

Ensure system compatibility with modern browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Automate key processes related to Hiring, Billing, Invoicing, and Reporting.

Improve and enhance the user experience, particularly during peak periods such as summer hiring.

Create both standard and custom reports as needed.

Conduct functional and performance testing.

Integrate the new system with existing DOE systems where necessary.

Deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption and retention of the new system.
Purpose & Objectives
The purpose of this project is to create a new system from the ground up, replacing legacy Chapter 683 applications. Key objectives include:
