Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce to lead our product development initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that align with our business objectives.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and features are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that capture business needs and enhance user experience within the Salesforce platform.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure that the final product meets the acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices related to Salesforce and product management.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Salesforce products, analyzing results to inform future enhancements and iterations.

Requirements:

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer needs and outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner) are a plus.
