Title : Full Stack Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, robust, and secure full-stack solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrating Generative AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive and innovative technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
  • Drive the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, with a specific focus on Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers), and related infrastructure.
  • Design and implement the integration of Generative AI models into various application layers, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and data pipelines.
  • Define and enforce architectural patterns, best practices, and coding standards across full-stack development and Generative AI implementations.
  • Maintain a strong hands-on involvement in development activities, including coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Design and implement secure and efficient data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models.
  • Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for both full-stack applications and Generative AI workloads.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, reliability, and security of the designed solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for both front-end, back-end, and Generative AI components.
  • Lead technical discussions and present architectural designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and developers on full-stack development and Generative AI best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in full-stack development, Generative AI research, and cloud technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property and technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum [Specify Number, e.g., 8-10] years of experience in software development, with a significant portion in full-stack roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
  • Strong hands-on development experience across various layers of the stack, including:
    • Front-end: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g.,Angular), HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
    • Back-end: Proficiency in one or more server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
    • Databases: Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
    • APIs: Deep understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design and development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI models and frameworks, including:
    • Understanding of different Generative AI model types (e.g., LLMs, image generation, audio synthesis).
    • Experience with at least one major Generative AI framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
    • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating Generative AI models.
    • Knowledge of the ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to both full-stack development and AI/ML workloads (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence technical decisions.
