As a Supply & Inventory Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for the data center equipment supply planning for sustaining and new products, interpretation of the data center demand signal and translating it to a supply & inventory plan for equipment and drive optimal planning decisions. You will work closely with Data Center Supply Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment, Commodity Management, and Contract Manufacturing teams to develop and oversee the execution of an accurate supply and inventory plan through the product life cycle.

 

You will apply your knowledge of supply chain principles and your problem solving prowess to key planning processes. You will establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals and influence our rapidly growing data center infrastructure supply chain. 

 

  • Manage material supply, including inventory, to meet existing and new product demand requirements to meet business objectives, coordinating with Demand Planning on changes to demand which impacts delivery of key components as demand needs fluctuate
  • Proactive communication of sustaining and new product material plans and status to internal customers.
  • Identify and quickly solve supply chain gaps and inefficiencies. Clearly document process solutions and requirements. Define and manage clear business metrics and goals to manage supply chain performance
  • Leverage Market intelligence and Statistical inputs towards driving continued, sustained improvements of inventory models and supply chain buffers.
  • Develop short and long term supply models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels, develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.

 

Minimum Qualification –

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience in relevant industry
  • Project Management experience with the ability to communicate/collaborate cross-functionally with technical/non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels
  • Experience using Material
  • Requirements Planning Tools
  • Spreadsheet/database capabilities, able to create models and maneuver within them to manage supply chain processes

Contractor  is expected to supports a range of activities associated with dashboarding and analytics.

 

The nature of the work tends to fall into two categories

1) complementary detailed analytical and/or critical documentation development work supporting an inflight project or

Senior Java Lead Developer with GCP experience

Job Description:

• Act as a subject matter expert in data engineering and GCP data technologies.

• Work with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Google Cloud Platform.

• Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches in the delivery.

• Be required to showcase your GCP Data engineering experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical data solutions.

• Be required to build and deliver Data solutions using GCP products and offerings.

 

Skill:

• Hands on and deep experience working with Java, Google Data Products (e.g. BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, AI Building Blocks, Looker, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataprep, etc.).

• Experience in Spark (Scala/Python/Java) and Kafka.

Experience in MDM, Metadata Management, Data Quality and Data Lineage tools.

• E2E Data Engineering and Lifecycle (including non-functional requirements and operations) management.

• Regulatory and Compliance work in Data Management.

• E2E Solution Design skills – Prototyping, Usability testing and data visualization literacy.
