Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CICS, CICS TG, CICSPlex, IMS/TM, and WMQ systems on the z/OS platform.
3. Experience with managed service providers, off shore support teams, and data center relocation are a plus.
4. Strong understanding of CICS, IMS/TM and WMQ performance tuning and optimization using tools like Omegamon and SysView.
5. Proficiency in mainframe network systems such as VTAM and TCP/IP.
