Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that meet the business requirements.
• Translate complex business data into meaningful insights through effective data visualization.
• Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards to enhance performance and improve user experience.
• Build, test, and validate SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various data sources.
• Use Python to automate data processing tasks, perform data analysis, and integrate Python scripts into Tableau workflows.
• Work with AWS services (such as S3, Redshift, RDS) to manage, store, and retrieve large datasets.
• Implement and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data used in Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Leverage Copilot and AI-driven tools to improve data insights and optimize decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure that data is represented correctly in Tableau visualizations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Tableau dashboards, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration with Tableau.
• Experience working with AWS services like S3, Redshift, and RDS for managing and processing large datasets.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks and experience implementing them in a business environment.
• Experience with Copilot and AI-driven tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Prep for data preparation and server-side administration.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
