Job Overview:

We are looking for an Oracle EBS System Analyst to manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. This role involves troubleshooting, system enhancements, and translating business needs into Oracle configurations. You will work closely with IT teams and business users to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and assist with help desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot and fix system issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Design and enhance business processes based on user needs.
• Configure Oracle EBS to meet business requirements.
• Manage the development of reports, interfaces, and other system components.
• Work with IT management and business teams to implement technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years working with Oracle EBS in areas like supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Oracle R12 Expertise: Experience with modules like OM, AR, PO, AP, GL, FA, INV, WIP, and BOM.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle API.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
