PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SUBMITTING, THIS VENDOR IS A VERY VERY TECHNICAL PERSON
HE GOT MULTIPLE JOBS FROM CLIENT  FOR 100% ONSITE ROLE IN RICHARDSON, TX
HE CALLED YESTERDAY AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE REQUIREMENT
he said client is deleting every resume if it has any single skill mentioned related to front end or full stack, they need pure backend candidates. They are doing a trading project, so people with very strong backend exp who worked with clients on trading projects, assets and wealth management jobs will be a perfect fit, he gave me JD, sample resume and a resume which is WRONG (ATTACHED) (I had another recruiting company that sent me this resume for the Java Backend and it is all wrong for the job.)

THIS JOB INCLUDES 4 ROUNDS, FIRST IS A 15 MIN test (MCQ) which will be from vendor company, most of the candidates fail in that as well. Second and third round will be 2 CoderPad coding test. Make sure to ask candidates if they have taken such kind of coding tests before as well (coderpad, coderbyte, Codility, Test Gorilla, etc), if they have taken such tests in past – only then they will be able to take it, otherwise they will fail – each coderpad test is of 1 hour per test.

Candidate they are considering should be local to Richardson, TX (he said client won’t have a problem with relocation but the guarantee will be yours, if your candidate won’t relocate which “Most of them don’t” then we will get your company blacklisted)
He said he won’t be comfortable as well proceeding with a relocation profile, as on his recent placement, the candidate was in Long Island, NY and she has to relocate to Middletown, NY after offer which she denied (only 2 hours distance) , and client has to reject the offer and vendor has to face a lot of problem.

There should be project description apart from responsibilities in every project. He said ”

look at the attached resume which is so bad, these people just add anything and everything to the resume, there is FULL Stacks skills, there is UI skills, they mentioned JSP (which is like 27 year old technology), how can they perform for my client who is working on international trading, they need advanced skills and pure coding experience. Also, what is “involved in this”, “involved in that”. how is it explaining what they did hands-on. it can mean – they are only a part of the team. I don’t want resumes who say involved this, that. Look at the project exp of the bad resume, his first points are about environment and it does not talk about his JAVA Experience which is wrong, also what is this client GCP? who knows who this client is or what the project was about, if they can’t explain about the project.

LOok at the SAMPLE RESUME – how perfectly he explained his NYSE project, what the project was about and look at his responsibities, he explained everything about his hands-on work. He mentioned SWIFT, FIX (which is used in international payment platforms) which makes him perfect for our kind of project.

Java backend candidates only. If you have “Full Stack” anywhere on your resume or if you mention even UI or JavaScript, Angular or React, your resume will just be deleted.

Please do not send your resume if you are not willing to do 2 Coder Pad coding tests that run 1 hour each on separate days and one multiple choice test that lasts 15 minutes.

Java backend only development (please no full stack or front-end developers)
Project – To do Java Development for Asset and Wealth Management
