Role- SAP MM Consultant

Location- Raritan, NJ :: Onsite::

Type : Contract

 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design and Implementation:

• Analyzing existing procurement processes and designing optimized workflows within the S/4 HANA platform.

• Configuring S/4 HANA modules (MM, Ariba SCC) to support the Source to Pay process, including master data management, purchasing documents, and invoice verification.

• Implementing new functionalities and updates within the S/4 HANA system to improve procurement efficiency.

 

User Training and Support:

• Providing training to end-users on the S/4 HANA procurement functionalities and best practices.

• Troubleshooting user issues and resolving system-related problems within the Source to Pay process.

 

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generating reports and dashboards to monitor key procurement metrics like spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes based on data insights.

 

Project Management:

• Leading and managing S/4 HANA Source to Pay implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure successful project execution

 

Essential Skills:           

• 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in Source to pay. The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA MM module, especially procurement functionalities

• Expertise in Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management tools

• Understanding of end-to-end S2P process, including best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in project management and system implementation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
