| Role Description: | Roles & Responsibility: • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence• Conducting risk assessments for projects• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progressQualification and Skills:• A bachelors degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is required. PMP certification is highly desirable.• Five or more years of experience managing complex projects across industries, with a strong understanding of consulting services and specific project demands.• Proficiency in project management as well as familiarity with PMI methodologies.• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Knowledge of risk management strategies, process improvement, and the ability to analyze and optimize project inefficiencies. |
