| Role Description: | Translate the customers business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutionsDesign, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirementsMaintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenariosParticipate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automationProvide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plansAssess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutionsPerform detailed estimates of proposed automation process opportunitiesProvide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase |
