Advanced React ProficiencyAbility to translate wireframes or design mocks (e.g., Figma, Sketch) into pixel-perfect, responsive interfacesExperience designing reusable, scalable component libraries with a focus on modularity and maintainabilitySkills in profiling React apps to reduce re-renders, optimize bundle size (e.g., code splitting with Webpack), and improve load times.Writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for end-to-end testingImplementing secure user authentication (JWT, OAuth) and role-based access controlIntegrating front-end React apps with Node.js APIsUnderstanding of Node.js event loops, clustering, and basic DevOps conceptsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EPMs, UI/UX, backend engineers, QAPR reviews, Mentor,Maintain code quality across code baseReact HooksCore JavaHTML, CSS,JavaScriptMongoDB
