- Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience

What You’ll Need:

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and creative Copywriter to join our energetic marketing team.
- This role will be an essential contributor to our content marketing efforts that help differentiate
- Stord and stand on their own as valuable thought leadership across multiple platforms. The
- Copywriter will work closely with marketing, sales, and internal subject matter experts to draft
- and edit written content for a wide variety of audiences that is memorable while driving desired business objectives.
What You¡¯ll Do:
- Draft weekly blog posts from transcripts of interviews with internal subject matter experts.
- Edit and coordinate written pieces for publication on other 3rd party outlets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop additional sales materials.
- Provide editing for web pages, one pagers, case studies, and other written pieces.
- Help draft social media copy for Stord employees and brand for promotional purposes of
- Stord¡¯s content.
- Help compose, design, and edit decks for sales and marketing teams
- Track and monitor all content and help identify themes and topics that are more effective at
- reaching and influencing Stord¡¯s target market.
- Maintain a calendar of written content and current approval status of all pieces in progress
- Foster relationships with sales, marketing, and other Stord employees to help find and
cultivate new thought leaders and topics.
What You¡¯ll Need:
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content writing or marketing, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear communication.
- Deep love for the English language and masterful understanding of grammar.

Title: ” Billing Specialist “
location: Toronto, Canada-remote

Key Responsibilities:
¡Ü Parcel Invoice Auditing and Correction:
Perform detailed audits of parcel invoices, including validation of customer
names, charge codes, zones, weights, surcharges, and base rates.
Identify and investigate billing discrepancies and errors.
Implement corrective actions and root cause analysis to prevent future billing issues.
Manage customer-specific accessorials and fuel charges.
Reconcile invoice line item totals with individual charges.
Configure and manage parcel rates in our billing system.
¡Ü Fulfillment Billing Support:
Analyze fulfillment billing data and identify trends or anomalies.
Onboard customers to Stord¡¯s automated billing system, ensuring accuracy of billing.
Read and interpret JSON data formats and other event data from the WMS to create billing rules.
Write Lua scripts to automate billing processes and reporting.
Collaborate with the development team to further develop billing solutions and create new rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex billing issues.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoice auditing.
- Data analysis skills: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to extract
- insights from billing data across multiple systems. Strong proficiency in Google
Sheets/Excel.
- Programming skills: Proficiency in Lua scripting with prior experience in SQL, VBA,
- Python or similar for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate billing issues and
- resolutions to stakeholders.
- Understanding of parcel billing and logistics: Familiarity with parcel carrier charge
codes, zones, weight calculations, and accessorial charges.
- Understanding of fulfillment billing or warehouse operations: Familiarity with
inbound and outbound processes, storage rates, handling charges and other VAS (value added services) charges applicable in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Bonus points if you have any of the following:
- Experience with Enveyo or similar Parcel billing and auditing software.
- Experience with Fulfillment / Logistics billing.
- Experience working in a WMS or ERP system.
