- Training/Teaching Background 5 Years
- Business Analyst SME 5 Years
- Quality Assurance Knowledge 5 Years
- Azure DevOps Knowledge (comfortable with creating epics/features for projects) 5 Years
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities 5 Years
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation 5 Years
- Experience with creating product roadmap 3 Years
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile 3 Years
- Adept with using/teaching tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) 3 Years
Experience:
- Experience engaging in business process analysis, understanding the customer's business process requirements, and capable of translating those business requirements into business and technical documentation and specifications. Required 5 Years
- Experience with system testing. Required 5 Years
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required 5 Years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Required 5 Years
- Experience documenting requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria. Required 5 Years
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation. Required 5 Years
