Specific Qualifications

8+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET Core and ASP.NET Identity.
10+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade web applications.
Experience with cloud environments and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
2+ years of experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application design.
Experience with automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows administration.
Experience with reporting tools and ORM frameworks.
Skilled in integrating applications with Active Directory for authentication.
Strong understanding of Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Git, Visual Studio workflows, and web services.
Expert-level SQL development and database performance tuning.
A proactive self-starter with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with Web Systems colleagues on assigned projects and initiatives.
Maintain professional relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
Follow full SDLC processes including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Utilize object-oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL Server), MVC architecture, and web technologies (ASP.NET).
Participate in test plan creation, execution, and software validation.
Provide end-user support and application maintenance.
Design and maintain single-page applications using AngularJS, React, or Vue.js.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Participate in QA processes and project documentation.
Provide expert-level input on technical projects and application strategies.
Recommend best development practices and approaches to management.
Collaborate on the development of detailed technical and functional specifications.

Specific Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable .NET applications with the flexibility to adapt to change.
Produce and maintain system documentation and SOPs for enterprise environments.
Develop and deploy .NET Core containers in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS EKS or Azure AKS).
Translate user stories into functional, high-quality code within Agile frameworks.
Identify technical gaps, solve architectural challenges, and implement enhancements.
Review deployment logs and troubleshoot post-deployment issues across environments.
Estimate timelines and assist project managers with planning and scope definition.
Follow industry best practices for Git, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
Through collaborative processes, mentor and involve other .NET developers in system design and development.
Develop robust system monitoring methods for long-term stability and maintainability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of experience with multi-tier architecture and high-availability systems.
3–5 years of experience with .NET Framework (4.5+), ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC 5, and SQL Server.
1–3 years of experience with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js.
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Web APIs, and backend integration.
3+ years of experience in Agile software development and with software technical documentation.
3+ years managing version control with Git and Jenkins.
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with LINQ, Lambda expressions, SOA, and Visual Studio Team Suite Testing Tools.
