Title :: IBM DataPower/API Developer
Location: Remote,
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Work authorization: Green Card or US Citizen, GC-EAD
Client: CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Summary: Need a candidate to support installation, maintenance, and upgrades to IBM DataPower appliances and API Connect. CareFirst is currently working with v10.6 for DataPower and 10.08 for API Connect, and it needs experience with both products, V10 or newer.
- Experience configuring DataPower appliances for security, traffic management, mediation, and data transformation policies.
- Experience managing API gateways on DataPower using API Connect, including access control, rate limiting, and throttling.
Summary: CareFirst seeks a DataPower/API Connect Product Developer to install, maintain, and upgrade IBM DataPower and IBM API Connect.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Recent 3 years of IBM DataPower development experience
- Recent 3 years of IBM API Connect experience
- Node.js and Python scripting experience is a must
