Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Research, gather and synthesize information. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation is recommended.
Develop innovative strategies for integrating Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) into business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data analysis and interpretation techniques for improved decision-making.
Lead the development of comprehensive reports based on research findings to drive business solutions.
Utilize advanced AIOps tools to optimize IT operations and enhance overall business performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions for client projects.
