Job Description

  • Completely manage a client account, balancing ongoing project delivery and customer relationship management to identify new prospective projects.
  • Experience and confidence in client management with good articulation, detailing, and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of coordinating client interactions for product requirement grooming and detailing, product development with modern engineering practices, user acceptance testing, rollout, and release phases.
  • Experience in product development in Web/Mobile technologies with industry-standard engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, Unit Testing through Code, Automated Review Gates, etc.).
  • Passionate about exploring functional and technical details, inspiring and motivating the core team during design/solutioning phases, and confidently presenting collected details to client stakeholders.
  • Expertise in handling end-to-end project delivery using Agile Methodology, including Product Grooming, Agile Ceremonies, Technical Architecture Collaboration, Development, Testing, Release, and Maintenance.
  • Excellent project management skills, including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials, and Quality.
  • Experience in managing teams of over 20 members in a global delivery model.
  • Experience in leading Agile teams, anchoring different ceremonies like grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and sprint demo.
  • Excellent team management skills, enabling team members to improve their competencies, work quality, and professional growth.
  • Adequate technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development and visualize technology architecture.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the construction and engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management: Full ownership of delivery and pre-sales, balancing ongoing project execution and identifying new opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage deliverables, account growth, risk mitigation, and governance through client team collaboration.
  • Global Delivery Model: Work with offshore teams to manage deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage teams of over 20 resources for project execution.
  • Project Ownership: Ensure functional, technical, and commercial quality of the project.
  • Technical and Functional Analysis: Passion for deep analysis and problem-solving in functional and technical areas.
  • Servant Leadership: Foster confidence, respect, and professional courtesy within the team.

Client Management

  • Build customer confidence through detailing, proactiveness, business value additions, and quality.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders, communicating threats, planned actions, milestone forecasts, and dependencies.
  • Negotiate and finalize scope changes and change requests.
  • Study client businesses and identify digital transformation opportunities, presenting Experion capabilities in relevant forums.

Scrum Master / Agile Champion

  • Product Grooming: Work with the Lead BA to decide on stories for each grooming session based on project schedules.
  • Technical Gaps Identification: Identify technical gaps in features, involving Architects as needed.
  • Sprint Planning: Help the development team define tasks, estimate work, and confirm sprint backlog based on team velocity and resource availability.
  • Daily Scrum Meetings: Conduct daily stand-ups, address challenges, and adjust sprint plans accordingly.
  • Sprint Tracking: Monitor sprint progress, QC releases, and burn-down charts.
  • Sprint Reviews/Demos: Schedule sprint demos, prepare demo plans, and track feedback closure.
  • Sprint Retrospective: Promote open feedback and track suggestions for improvement.

Project Metrics Management

  • Project Scheduling: Define scope, team size, and dependencies to create and track project schedules.
  • Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate potential delays with supporting data.
  • Financials & Revenue: Prepare invoice plans, manage project commercials, revenue, and margins.
  • Invoicing & Quality Assurance: Ensure timely invoicing and quality review of deliverables.

Communication & Pre-sales

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, articulating points with clarity and data support.
  • Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with Experion Sales and leadership to develop new opportunities.

Proposal Preparation: Work with BAs and Architects to coordinate and prepare project proposals.
