Visa: No H1b
(10 + yrs., healthcare domain exp preferred)
Strong knowledge in IBM MDM 11.5.0.3 along with healthcare domain
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle for IBM MDM projects
At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review
At least 4 years of working experience in the J2EE architecture (servlets, EJB) framework
At least 4 years of working experience in the Java web service/XML
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment/projects
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Proficient in client-facing interactions
High analytical skills
Technical proficiency across different stages of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in Application Architecture definition and design
Experience in developing, testing and implementing systems
Good knowledge on healthcare domain
A high degree of initiative and flexibility
High customer orientation
High quality awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent but should be from an accredited Institution/University
