Title – Nexthink Architect
Location – Remote
Profile:
- Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment (Shift will depend on the Project)
- Strong Knowledge of Nexthink concepts, Architecture and Operational configurations
- Good knowledge and implementation of NLP – Natural Language Processing
- Strong knowledge in Win 7 / Win 8 / windows 10 Operating System
- Good Knowledge of Desktop Support operations on L2 and L3 levels and incident management, Problem Management & Change Management
- Good Knowledge of Linux /Unix Commands
- Good Knowledge of SCCM deployment
- Advanced knowledge Saas and On-Premise environment
- Good Customer orientation and coordination skills
- Good knowledge in deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Servers
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Good Working knowledge in PowerShell scripting
Certifications:
- Nexthink Architecture Certification – Mandatory
- Windows 7 and / or Windows 8 / windows 10 Certified
- Nexthink IT Support Module Certification – Mandatory
- Nexthink IT Admin Module Certification – Mandatory
