Role: Senior Gen AI / ML Engineer with strong work experience on Gen AI, NLP
Location: Onsite Hybrid work at Phoenix, AZ)
Duration: Contract
Experience: 8+ years, minimum 6+ years of experience in US
Visa Category: H1B, GC EAD, GC and Citizen. Except USC for other visa type we need to share the passport number, i94, travel history during submission
- PhD or Master’s in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.
- Familiarity with big-data environments (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and model development experience on a cloud development platform
- Demonstrable experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning, model quantization, and quantization-aware fine-tuning of LLM models
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of statistics, optimization, machine learning, and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, econometrics, causal inference, mathematical optimization)
- Excellent grasp of computer science fundamentals and SDLC best practices
- Experience leading teams of experienced ML engineers/scientists
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and ideas at all levels, building trust with stakeholders
- Ability to understand business objectives and align ML problem definition
- Individuals with experience building NLP solutions
