Job Title: Profisee – MDM (Master Data Management) Developer
Location: Dallas, TX – All days onsite
Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions utilizing the Profisee platform.

Data Modeling: Create and manage data models, hierarchies, and relationships to ensure consistency and compliance with business requirements.

Data Integration: Develop integration processes to load and synchronize master data across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

ETL Development: Build and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ingest, transform, and export data from various sources into the MDM hub.

Custom MDM Configurations: Configure Profisee MDM solutions to match business data governance and stewardship requirements.

Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality rules, validations, and workflows to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data stewards to gather requirements and define MDM strategies.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the MDM environment, including performance tuning, upgrades, and patches.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, data integration processes, and MDM configurations.
Technical Skills:
-
Profisee MDM Expertise: Experience with the Profisee platform, including data model creation, entity management, and MDM configuration.

Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and SQL proficiency.

Data Integration Tools: Knowledge of data integration and ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, .NET, or similar languages for customizations within the MDM framework.

Data Governance Practices: Familiarity with data governance, data stewardship, and master data lifecycle management.

Web Services & APIs: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for data integration between MDM and external systems.
Experience & Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management, data integration, or similar roles.

Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM or similar MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, Reltio).

Experience in data modeling, data quality management, and data integration projects.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.

Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.
-
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for reporting on MDM metrics.
