Job Description:
- The candidate should possess 10+ years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.
- The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation.
- Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems.
- Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore model.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
