Job Title: Application and Infrastructure Support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, USA
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for shared services platforms.
- Collaborate closely with application development teams and infrastructure support groups.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management for complex issues.
- Ensure proper monitoring and alerting setup.
- Conduct production readiness reviews for new releases.
- Participate in disaster recovery and change management processes.
- Lead incident management for high-priority incidents.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Unix, SQL, and Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
- Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks (certification preferred).
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of IT experience, with an advantage in securities or financial services industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus).
