Job Description –
- Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco and knowledge of NAC solutions) running routing protocols and next gen features such as IPS, threat protection and URL filtering.
- Firewall deployment/configuration experience and troubleshooting application connectivity and VPN issues.
- Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Packet trace and analysis)
- Must have strong knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and frameworks.
- Must have strong management skills and have managed a team of Cybersecurity professionals.
- Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.
- Must be able to operate in a multivendor environment.
- Must have strong customer handling experience.
- Must have strong experience in handling escalations.
- Must have good experience of working and collaborating with Cybersecurity teams for threat containment and remediation.
- Must have mindset to drive enhancements and service improvements.
- Relevant certifications from leading security vendors.
- Good Communications Skills
