Interview Mode: Webex Video (2rounds)
New Important Skills: -Manage Fault and Performance monitoring systems for large enterprise network infrastructure with Campus, branch and data center locations
Escalation point for Helpdesk, and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure related issues
Act as project lead for hardware and software lifecycle maintenance activities
Network Access Control system maintenance and operational support
Day-to-day maintenance of Enterprise DHCP/DNS systems
Experience: 5 plus years of experience in Enterprise Network support
You'll Need to Have:
-5 plus years of experience in Enterprise Network support
-Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, routing, switching, security protocols and the ability to read/understand packet captures
-Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst and Arista switches
-Understanding of Network Security fundamentals including proxies and firewalls
-Familiar with Network Access Control Systems (Cisco Client/Forescout CounterAct etc)
-Experience with Network Management systems such as Solarwinds, NetMRI, EMC Ionix (EMC Smarts)
-Good understanding of Incident and Change management principles
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
-Have the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment with solid attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong problem solving skills
We'd Love to See:
-Experience in the financial industry
-Experience with 3rd party applications such as Splunk, and Jira
-Working in an Agile environment
-Experience working with VMware ESXi
-Experience with structured cabling
