Overview
AmeriCorps is seeking an experienced .Net Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net technologies, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record in product development.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee .Net development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives.
• Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Lead project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items to ensure accountability and progress.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and project management, with a strong focus on .Net technologies.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the U.S.
• Proven experience in product development, with a successful track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
