Mandatory required skills Test Management
Preferred/Desired skills Automation & Functional Testing
Extensive experience in managing and leading testing projects
Proven manager/senior manager roles leading and managing multiple parallel teams.
Extensive experience in resource management, resource planning, estimation, project tracking
Extensive experience in onsite-offshore coordination, team leading.
Preferred Total Experience 15 yrs+
Preferred Banking Domain 6 yrs+
Extensive experience in Test Management, Agile/SAFE, Testing process and tools, Project Planning, Project forecast, Estimations,
Functional Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, Mobile Testing Expertise. Should have extensive hands on experience in estimation, budgeting, program management, reporting, stakeholder management and escalation management
