TITLE: SFDC Marketing Lead

Location: Remote

Primary: Sales Force marketing cloud 

Marketing cloud Experience required: 7+ years

Job Description: 

• Strong in Marketing cloud with some understanding of sales force administration
• User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads.
• Service Cloud – case assignment, auto response rules and case management
• Reports Dashboards – advanced Creation and customization of list views
• Experience with Salesforce ‘Flow’ creation troubleshooting of advanced automation
• Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks
• Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CICD process.
• Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development.
• Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level.
• Should be flexible to work in 24 5 shifts
