Key Responsibilities:
System Support and Maintenance:
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
User Assistance and Training:
Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities.
Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
Provide ongoing user support and address any queries or concerns.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations.
Customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies.
Coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates.
Work closely with offshore team and ensure the deliverables/incidents are well managed within the defined SLAs
Engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalities.
Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including modules such as Inventory, Order Management
