Role: MES Project Manager Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months
Requirements: • MES solutioning expertise (means, configuring machines, shopfloor assets, in process parameters) • They should be able to explain in detail about these • MES integrations with SAP for part master, Engineering change note, inventory • MES integrations with inventory management systems • Process understanding from ordering to planning to shopfloor scheduling and capturing traceability at line. • Knowledge on quality checklist handling, warranty feedback handling in MES • Candidate needs to explain how real time IoT data is handled in MES from Machines (high level architecture including middleware being used) • How analytics and reporting requirements are handled • Understanding of MTR, OEE etc. • How AI works in shopfloor, e.g., predictive quality • Knowledge of UI and analytics tools • Knowledge of Big data • Knowledge of parts and inventory movement from supplier to warehouse to point of consumptions at shop floor (various material flows, DOL, NDOL, Kitting, 2Bin)
