Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension/conversion

Candidates needs to have:
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, Spring Boot.
- Proficient in TDD/BDD with tools like WireMock, Mockito.
- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation tools (Postman, Cypress, REST Assured, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Strong experience in AWS serverless architecture and cloud services (Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in Agile development environments using tools like VersionOne/Agility.
Preferred:
- Experience generating test reports using Cucumber Report, Extent Report, or similar.
- Exposure to OpenShift, MQ, and DevOps practices.
- AWS certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of airline industry systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and HP-UX operating systems is a plus.
Job Description:
- Develop efficient, scalable software solutions using Java, C#, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Enhance and maintain on-premises and PaaS applications, and participate in their migration to AWS.
- Implement serverless architecture patterns using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, ECS, and DynamoDB.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and implement API routing, security, and integration patterns.
- Utilize TDD and BDD methodologies to write and design robust unit and integration test cases.
- Automate backend testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, Cypress, and Ready API.
- Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, CircleCI, and SonarQube.
- Continuously optimize application performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
